COVID-19 Information
We wanted to maintain reminders on the best way to keep everyone healthy and to keep COVID out of our school. Since everyone has followed protocols so well during the first half of the year we haven't had any closures due to COVID. Thank you for taking the health and safety of our children seriously!

We will be following the linked MSDE guidance regarding our COVID policy. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VBc4oz7xKhvBJKdUUBPxzk0VRfipFVzo/view?usp=sharing Please familiarize yourself with it. Some key points and additions are outlined below.
Currently masking is OPTIONAL. We reserve the right to ask staff, students, volunteers, and visitors to wear masks should we deem it necessary.
If symptomatic, a negative Rapid or PCR test will be required to return. Home tests are NOT accepted at this time, but may be on a case-by-case basis, per the director’s discretion.
If positive for COVID, must stay home for 5 days. May return on day 6 but must mask properly and consistently until day 10.
Close contacts no longer have to quarantine as long as they have no symptoms, but must mask properly and consistently for 10 days from the last day of exposure and test (no home tests) between day 3-5.
If your child is required to mask, but cannot do so properly or consistently, you will be asked to keep them home.
If you are unsure whether your child should stay home, or for how long, please err on the side of caution and keep your child home or contact the director prior to bringing your child to school.
ALL CASES OF COVID MUST BE REPORTED TO THE DIRECTOR. We are required by law to report any cases in our staff, students, and volunteers to the health department.
Please be sure to notify your child's teacher and the director via email if your child needs to remain home for any of the above reasons as we are required by law to report confirmed/suspected cases to the health department.
If you are unsure if your child should attend school or stay home, please email the director anytime. If it is too close to the start of class or you do not hear back in time, please err on the side of caution and keep your child home.
Please also notify us if your child is vaccinated as that may affect their quarantine time.
